Model 1860 Civil War Cavalry Sword Saber 1840 Roby & CO For Sale

Brought into our store by a customer is a very niceOriginal Civil War Model 1860 Cavalry Sword with Scabbard. The handle has a crack in it but it is firm and in tact. Crack does not take away from the apperance of this sword and the wire wrap is gone.The blade is marked "Roby & Co. ". I can not find one knick or gouge in the blade. It has a nice pantina to it and measures approx. 35" with the leather keeper still present. The sword measures approx. 41" long overall. The scabbard is also in nice shape with a dent in each side. The pictures provide the best description of this sword but as always we are more than happy to answer any questions.
