This listing is for a fully functional, vintage BATTERY OPERATED DELUXE ANIMATED SANTA CLAUS BANK (TRIM A TREE) w/box as shown. This is not a reproduction toy. It is in excellent - mint condition. The correct 4 action of this toy are as follows: When batteries are inserted, and the switch is turned to the on position, Santa\'s eyes light up, Head moves left to right, Left arm raises presents up & down, Right arm rings the bell. Turn the switch to the \"coin\" position, enabling the toy to operate by dropping in a coin. Works great. Colors are clear & bright. Clothing is exceptionally clean. Tin litho, chenille doll, presents and Santa\'s beard are very nice. No corrosion anywhere. Battery compartment is corrosion free. This is a \"MADE IN JAPAN\" toy listed in Don Hultzman\'s book, COLLECTOR\'S GUIDE TO BATTERY TOYS, copyright 2002, second edition. It is listed on page 153. It is a 1960\'s era toy made by the H.T.C. Co. It has a rarity of 2 on a scale to 10 being the rarest, and a value of $250.00 in C-10 condition without the box. The box is complete.
