This is for an authentic early to mid-19th century English antique medical-surgical bullet extractor remover. The instrument is marked \"Weiss, London\" and includes a royal crown logo, consistent with Weiss having earlier been named razor maker to the crown. The forceps has acheckeredgrip.The surgical instrument is 7.5\" (19cm)long. It has a well developed patina and is in very good condition. Its design mimics the U.S.A. bullet forceps on page 83 of the Tiemann catalog. A great antique at a great price. See images for condition. Questions are welcome.
