I put 10 new batteries in it for testing only. This will not come with batteries

I turned it on and through all 3 frequencies

This unit made noises and I could adjust it from low to high

The button works also

I do not know how to work this unit or how to fully test it

So please offer accordingly

It looks like the handle has been repaired at one time because underneath the foam pad it is white. But I\'m not sure

There is a small crack by the screws that holds the meter to the handle

Cosmetically in good condition with some wear
