Thissale is for a Martin LXK2 Little Martin Koa HPL Acoustic Guitar (174653) that is in absolutely mint overall condition in the factory Martin soft case with the owner\'s manual as shown.

I do not play the guitar, but I have sold very many on over the last 12 years (including numerous Fenders, Gibsons, Taylors, and Martins).As are many of the items that I sell on , this guitar is out of a recently liquidated estate.I looked very carefully, and I could not find any scratches, dings, and/or signs of use/wear. The guitar looks new!There is no evidence of cigarette smoke or other undesirable odors on the guitar or the case. The soft case has a few scuffs on the outside. I believe you would be hard pressed to find a nicer Martin LXK2 guitar unless you purchased a brand new one that has never been removed from the box! Please review the pictures as they describe theinstrument much better than words. I will guarantee theguitar to beas described or your money back including shipping both ways.
