This sale is for an antique MALVINA ICHTHYOL TOILET SOAP BOX, DATED NOV. 4, 1884 and is from TOLEDO, OHIO. It is an empty cardboard box from an old homestead in Wisconsin. It is in good condition >> has some wear and soiling, but the corners of the box and lid are not torn open. There is some old pencil writing on the backside >> hard to read, but should be able to be erased if you care to.The box measures about 7\" long x 3.5\" wide x 1.5\" thick. The first photo above was taken with a flash, and the rest were taken with LED back lighting for the closeups.A nice enhancement for your country bathroom or powder room.
