Combined ShippingWe combine shipping for any buyer who wins more than one item in our weekly sales, including items won on separate days. The highest shipping rate is applied from any item won, additional items will be charged at the following rates: • Ungraded Card - 25¢ • Graded Card - 50¢ • Ungraded Card Lot - 50¢ • Graded Card Lot - $1.00
To take advantage of our combined shipping rates, we ask that buyers await for us to send an invoice. We send invoices out to all of our buyers within a few hours after the last sale of the day closes. If there are sales still running that you don\'t plan on offerding in feel free to request an invoice from us and we will get one out to you sooner. These rates also apply to international buyers, however if you have to select \'s global shipping program you will have to contact them for a shipping invoice.International ShippingWe will ship to certain countries directly, if you don\'t have the option to choose First Class International Mail that means you must use \'s Global Shipping Program. will charge you shipping fees based on your location. I will ship the card to one of \'s facilities and then they will ship it to you. Once your package arrives at \'s shipping facility it is no longer our responsibility. Any further questions you may have at that point will have to be sent to .Orders over $400 will be required to upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping.
International Customs/Import DutiesAll import fees and taxes/customs are the buyer\'s responsibility, please check with your local offices if you\'re unsure of the cost. All customs forms will be filled out accurately, we will not lower the value or mark it as a gift.
SCB Return PolicyReturns will only be accepted if an item is misrepresented in the sale title, description or images provided in the listing. Buyer\'s remorse is not a valid reason for return. We strive to be reasonable in the event of a disagreement and ask that buyers afford us the same level of fairness.
As a broker of sports cards, our responsibility is the accurate description and delivery of the item advertised; not to guarantee how a card will grade or how a graded card will be assessed by different grading companies. Any issue a buyer has with a card\'s professional grade should be addressed with the company that graded the card. Returned items must be received back in the condition they were received. Original shipping will be refunded along with the full purchase price upon receiving back a returned item.
Unpaid ItemsAny buyer who does not pay for an item won will lose their offerding privileges with us for 3 months. After that they will be given a second chance to offer on our sales once more. If the buyer repeats the action of not paying for an item they won they will be permanently blocked from offerding on our sales.
Making Paymentbuyers will have 4 days to make a payment. After 4 days will automatically open an unpaid item case on our behalf. At that point the buyer will have an additional 4 days to make payment before closes the case and puts a strike on the buyers account. So in total you will have 8 days to make a payment which we believe is more than a fair amount of time. If you may need additional time please message us and we will work with you.
We accept PayPal as our main form of payment. Credit cards can be used as well through Paypal, no account is needed.
Sales TaxVirginia will have 6% sales tax applied to their order at checkout.
