This listing is for the shown group of three vintage terra cotta garden gnomes. Big scale and unique examples, I have never seen a lighted one before. Mild flaws and repairs but a great looking group of German gnomes. These were just found in the garden of a local estate, been together a long time and being sold with .
Tallest one is marked Germany, believe this is a Heissner but mark is unclear, he stands 20 1/2\" tall. The tip of his hat has been broken off and reglued some time ago, a very subtle repair. The feather in his cap has been repaired and touched up. Tip of pinky finger has been broken off, missing whatever he was holding. He has mild surface wear and mild loss to paint, expected signs of age but no cracks, no loss, no chips, no hidden damage etc.
Medium size with the horn stands 16 1/4\" tall, is not marked other than the number \"18\" is stamped into the base. This is a very unique lighted gnome, the cord and socket seem ok but being sold as untested, it takes a medium base bulb, like a Christmas tree bulb, which I do not have. The hand that holds the horn has been broken off and reglued on, some glue residue has dripped. Otherwise fairly nice, mild loss to the finish but he looks quite nice. No chips, no cracks etc.
The last one is 15\" tall, unmarked terra cotta but stamped \"19\" in the base. Great shape, missing \'tool\' but no chips, no cracks, no repairs, mild loss to finish, near mint.
