THE FAST/ SLOW LEVER IS THERE. THE HAND FOR THE SECOND DIAL IS MISSING AND THE OTHER 2 HANDS NEED A PIN AND/OR SOMETHING ELSE TO KEEP HANDS ON . THE GLASS IS ALSO LOOSE. IT ALSO SAYS LONDON E.C.3. UNDER THE MAKER AND MADE IN ENGLAND UNDER THE 6. ON THE WORKS, (THE PICS DIDN`T COME OUT WELL) IT SAYS SMITH`S ENGLISH CLOCKS LTD. LONDON 7 JEWELS. SMITHS 264 EMPIRE MADE IN ENGLAND.
