I removed the top black lid so you can see that it appears the hopper hasbeen fixed where it screws into the base. It will be removed when shipped. Iran a bag of beans threw it and it works awesome. It looks like there is a littlered light on the front. However it does not light up but the green one doeswhen the unit is on. And the front black removable trey is missing a littlepiece of plastic. I am just trying to describe so there is no confusion.
