Jura Swiss Bratzeli Bricelet Pizzelle Iron in 230V never used For Sale

This is a Jura brand Swiss cookie (known as a Bratzeli or Bricelet) iron, comparable to a Pizzelle press, inEUROPEAN VOLTAGE!!! It\'s a grounded 230V, 1000W, purchased in Switzerland, and never used!Will need a 220V outlet (in Europe) OR a good transformer if used in the United States. Instruction manual included (directions in Swiss-German, French, and Italian). Also, has wooden utensils for rolling, stirring, making cones, and power cord. The iron is approximately8\" x8\", with handle 16\" long.I do not have the original box.

This delicious cookie is Pizzelle-like, maybe a little thinner and crispier. The recipe translated is this: 8 TBS butter, 1 1/4C sugar, 3 eggs, 1-pinch salt, 2 1/4C flour.... Soften butter and slowly beat in egg and sugar. Slowly beat in flour. Let mixture sit for 2-hours. Ladle batter (size of Ping-Pong ball) onto center of hot iron. Close the iron and press tight for approx. 1-minute, or until cookie is cooked and golden. Remove cookie from iron. Trim edges and cut into 4 sections. Continue cooking 4 cookies at a time until batter is gone. There are variations on the recipe: Some add anise, lemon, cinnamon, or vanilla extract to the batter.
