Vintage Hoyang of Norway Stove Top Krumkake or Wafer Iron
Cast aluminum form for waffle cones,cookies, pizzelle Here is a vintage Hoyang stove top waferor krumkake iron, made in Norway. It is decorateddwith the traditional krumkake design on theinside of the paddles and is used to makewaffle cones or cookies. It is made of castaluminum with metal handles. This is an olderversion of the Hoyang iron, having the singlewire style of handles with circular shapedends.

The Hoyang name is on the top, shown in thelast photo. The overall measurements are13 1/2" long, 5 1/2" widest diameter.It makes 5" wafers. It has been happilyused for several decades, so there are somebaked on stains. It could use a good cleaning but I\'ve left it alone.
