This is theoriginalWINNER trophy for the 75-mile road race in 1974 at Loudon. Gary Nixon won this in 1974 and this was his 4th win atLoudon and it was the first time the race was won on a Suzuki. The same style trophy was presented to Pat Hennen who won the 50 mile expert juniors race at Loudon that year, the black and white photo attached in the listing is of Pat Hennen being presented his identical trophy for his jr\'s win in 74 atLoudon. Pat\'s trophy looks identical except it does not say 75-MILE NATIONAL ROAD RACELOUDON N.H. JUNE 16 1974 WINNER, If you zoom in on his photo the trophy says 50-mile expert juniorcombinedroad race LOUDON N.H. JUNE 16 1974 WINNER. I have never been able to find a picturewith Gary Nixon being presented this trophy at Loudon,I have foundthe 73 win on his Kawasaki and the wins on the Triumph but not this trophy on his 750Suzuki. The trophy stands 43 inches tall and has a clock in it. The trophy is notpristine, it shows its age, please see photos for condition.
