1. For items that have serial numbers and we have multiple quantities of the same card we cannot guarantee which serial number you will get as the image pictured may be a stock photo.

2. ALL CARDS ARE AT LEAST NEAR MINT unless otherwise stated. This means that in our opinion, the card should grade an 8 or better. Near Mint cards that are graded 8 or better can at times have slightly soft corner(s) and could also have slight edge or chipping issues. The majority of our cards listed on our site are usually defect free.

3. Please understand that most dark bordered cards and/or foil cards may contain some white chipping and is a frequent occurrence in the production of the cards. This has been accepted and understood in our industry and we consider those cards to be NM. Any other damage beyond that will be described and stated in our store/sale item description.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Our shipping & handling charges varies. For FREE economy shipping we get all orders out asap but please understand that these items WILL NOT HAVE TRACKING. These items are packaged in small photo mailers at an additional cost to us to insure minimal damage & these are sent non-machinable which at time can take 10 or more day to arrive. Please do not request tracking information on these items and allow time for items to be delivered. We will always give the buyer the choice to choose first class for an additional fee for tracking which guarantees tracking on every order. All orders are shipped secured with an invoice included.

2. Orders cannot be combined for shipping discounts if ordered on our other store, evolutionsportsmarketing as each site is processed individually and will be shipped in separate packages-no exceptions!

3. Free shipping program is for store items only, it does not include sales – any items purchased with both sales and free store shipping will incur the sale shipping price but no additional cost per card for any store item.

4. For any international buyers that win a card or a group of cards that total $300 or more, we require a signature so packages must be sent USPS Express International, this protects both the buyer & evolutionsportsmarketing2. Please check invoice for costs or email us before purchasing.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. We allow combine shipping for that period of time. If payment is not made a non-payment warning will be issued.

2. New York Residents must add sales tax unless a NYState Resale Certificate can be provided.
