Fine ornate antique gilded silver tea caddy. Embossed floral design . Possibly used in a Church for wafers, but no crosses in design but does have roses and lily. No hallmarks . Acid tests 800 grade silver. Gray silver color metal under the gold gilding showing at left front foot. Measures 8\" x 7 1/2\". Weight of 24 troy Oz. Excellent condition.
