David Ortiz Game Used & Signed Boston Red Sox Cap - Used on 7/28/2016 - MLB Holo For Sale

David Ortiz wore this cap during the Boston Red Sox July 28, 2016 contest against the Los Angeles Angels. The Angels honored Big Papi before the game with an emotional ceremony led by Mike Trout and Albert Pujols. The three-time World Series champ finished his final campaign with 38 home runs, a .315 batting average, and American League best marks of 48 doubles and 127 RBI. In 2017, the Red Sox retired Big Papi’s number “34” in a moving pregame ceremony.

This navy hat has the Red Sox “B” logo applied to the front and a MLB logo on the back. MLB, New Era, and size “7 ¾” tags are sewn in the back of the hat. Ortiz’s number “34” is written on the inside of the hat in black marker. He signed the top of the brim in crisp silver marker. This item comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram - JC093234 - which covers both the game use and the authenticity of the autograph from Ortiz.
