It is of the utmost importance that any damages are reported to us as soon as possibleand not later than 48 hours from receipt of packages because no damage claims will be accepted by shipping companies after that time period.If you allow this time to elapse no claims can be made; a return cannot be accepted and we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.     If a product has been damaged in transit, we will attempt to provide a replacement subject to our ownership (as described below).

    Most orders WILL require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to fully inspect the contents of your packages BEFOREsigning for the order, even if the packaging seems in good condition.
