Cutoff Springfield 1903 rifle barrel For Sale

This is a USGI issue US Model 1903 rifle barrel that has been sporterized. It Comes in at 22 3/16 inches in length, about 2 inches lopped off of the muzzle of the barrel. Modern rifle sites were added to the barrel and will go along with this barrel. This came off a Springfield armory receiver, but the barrel is a arsenal replacement manufactured by \"Sedgley\" who contracted with the military to make replacement barrels for the Marines (41-44) and the Army (44). The last picture shows the end of the barrel, and if you look close, you can see an \"S\" inside a circle, the symbol of Sedgley. The barrel is in very good condition. The outside finish is a high gloss blue. There are some blemished near the chamber end where the barrel turned in the barrel vise while de-barreling the receiver. This would be a very nice barrel to make a sporter 1903 without destroying another military barrel. Look at my response\'s, offer with confidence. There are no returns, all sales are final.
