Thebase is 2 1/2” round.

Goldtrim along edge of spout/base edge.

Slight“ribbed” look to base and in the area going around by the handle.

Thehandle has a delicate curved design.

Oneside has a large floral design of mauve day lilies, pink daisies, andblue forget-me-nots, among green leaves. The opposite side has asingle day lily.

Nicedetails- high quality-just lovely.

Thisitem has no flaws. Well cared for, stored in a curio cabinet, from asmoke free home.
