CONN TRUMPET 1935 22b NY SYMPHONY SPECIAL CLOSET SLEEPER WOW For Sale

This listing is for an incredible 1935 New York Symphony Special edition Trumpet! It has the original lacquer which has grown into a deep amber after 80 years it is in beautiful original condition! Most of these horns were played to death because they were so well respected! This is a rare survivor check out the valve plating compression is near 100%! The original lacquer it is near 95%! It comes in the original case which is in remarkable condition along with the original silk tone mute which still has the velvet lined cup attachment which is also rare! This horn has no dents and one very small rather insignificant ding on the bottom of the Bell bow, !!which is hard to detect! The lacquer on the bell has some spotting but the engraving is absolutely sharp and beautiful and goes all the way to the bell crook The lead pipe is clean as a whistle and the horn has NO RED ROT! You will be proud to own this horn it is a rare and special find, no pun intended!!! I have done absolutely nothing to this horn except oil the valves and polish the bell with a soft cloth! It shows no evidence of any past repairs whatsoever! You will be proud to show this one off good luck! It really was in a closet for almost 50 years before the people I bought it from found it! If you do not know about this trumpet research it and make sure that you look up the New York symphony special with the extra nickel silver trim and differently arranged bracing's! This is an early one and does not support the Ny symphony  on the receiver it is none the less one of the special made models!
