*CLEARANCE!* VINTAGE 14\" Brown Western Roper Saddle Tooled w/ Slickseat, LITCHENBERGER-FERGUSON. Saddle features a slick hardseat, round skirting, & is nearly completely covered in floral tooling (even the horn, stirrup leathers & rigging is tooled).Has wood tree wrapped in rawhide (appears solid). Makers mark on the seat reads, \"LITCHENBERGER-FERGUSON CO, LOS ANGELES MAKERS\". Litchenberger-Ferguson was a saddlery located in Los Angeles CA, & was in business from the 1920\'s-1950\'s. It then sold out to Heiser-Keyston, & was known as \"Heiser-Keyston-Litchenberger\" until the late 1960\'s.Saddle has been heavily used & left fender is patched. Leather is cracked & damaged, hardware is very rusty.Has been thoroughly cleaned & oiled. Great Western Americana décor w/ lots of character. Collectors item or display piece only.
