Child\'s 14 Piece \"C. N.\" Pottery Spice and Condiment Set - Made in Germany For Sale

A children\'s 14 piece pottery spice and condiment set. Probably from the 1920\'s or 1930\'s. Each piece is marked \"C. N.\" Inside the sail of a ship and \"Germany\" underneath. Also many have a single or two digit number below that, but the number varies and does not seem to identify a particular piece. The mark is stamped in green. Not all of the marks are as clear the others.SET PIECES:2 Cruets, one marked OIL the other VINEGAR. They are 4 1/4 niches tall to the top of the lid. The Vinegar jar has a chip on the front and one on the handle at the rear with a hairline crack. The other is in good condition as are both lids. As with each piece there is a rose and diamond decoration on the front in blue. All the words such as \"OIL\" are written in black.6 Spice Jars, one each GINGER, CLOVES, PEPPER, NUTMEG, ALLSPICE and CINNAMON.. They are 2 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lid. The pepper jar has a small chip on the rim in the front and the ginger jar has a smaller chip on the inside of the rim at the rear. The rest are in good condition. Four lids have small chips, the others are in good condition.6 Cannisters, one each TEA, COFFEE, SUGAR, RICE, BARLEY, OATMEAL. They are 3 3/4 inches tall to the top of the lid. The sugar cannister has a tiny chip on the top rim and the rest are in good condition. Two lids have small chips and the rest are in good condition.Overall in good condition and displays well.
