I got this card back thru the mail in feb. of 1998 and I believe it to be hand signed by Mr. Folkers. the card is ex and the autograph is bold in black sharpie. the card back is clean. s&h is 3 bucks and thanks for looking. up to 5 cards ship for 3.00 dollars in the U.S.
