Antique Joel Ellis 12\" doll. The good news is the body is in great condition & is complete - all limbs are present. The bad news is the head & shoulder plate have been re-painted. Because of this re-paint, the head joint is stationary.
In person, the doll looks better than my photos!
Made in the 1870s in Vermont, she is a survivor.
