Antique Trade Knife Wood Brass Tacked Handle ONE OF A KIND ORIGINAL SHEATH For Sale

Up for sale is this antique Indian trade knife from the last half of 19th century.Overall length is 10 inches, blade is 5 3/4 inches long. Almost 1 1/4 inches wide.
Held in place by 3 heavy duty brass rivets. Very old wood. Solid construction.
Handle is contoured for comfortable palm grip.This is not a modern fake look - alike made to look old. Tacked with 5 brass tacks.
Wood around the rivets is dark, dark - green from brass oxidation over the years.Blade is dark, shallow pitted, no rust, looks bright in the pictures, because of additional
incorrect lights, real life its dark, Knife is uncleaned and untouched.Sheath is showing its age a little more than knife. Very heavy, primitive yet effective
2 ply piece construction.
There is a hole in the bottom of the sheath ( please see pictures ), right at the place,
where tip of the blade was rubbing all these years, and finally ate thru.
