Antique Rayo No 77 Cold Blast Lantern With Cobalt Blue Globe. Barn Not Railroad For Sale

This sale is only for the antique Rayo No 77 barn lantern with the blue globe.This lantern is in OK condition but works well. It\'s last patent date is 1909, so its over 100 years old. The frame is straight, solid, and has no dents. It\'s a bit rusty on top and on the globe lift. there is a pea sized piece of metal missing on the top of the globe retainer and can be seen in the pics, but it doesnt affect the function. I had the lantern for months before I even noticed it.
The remnants of an old copper colored paint can be seen, but it seems to blend with the rusty patina and looks nice as is, so I left it alone. The font is solid with no leaks. The cone, burner, and cap are all brass and work good.
The cobalt blue globe is great with no cracks and only one flea bite chip on the bottom rim. It is 6 3/8\" tall, which is just slightly shorter than most. The openings are 2 7/8 on top and 3 1/2 on the bottom. There are no markings I can see.I am selling this as is with a $15.00 flat rate shipping charge. No international shipping.
