Antique Henry Troemner Apothecary Scale No. 50 For Arthur H. Thomas Co c1900 For Sale

PLEASE NOTE: I know VERY little about this piece, have zero clue if it works, and have no idea what may or may not be missing. With that said,I\'m selling this for parts or decoration and it\'s being sold AS-IS.I don\'t want to make claims that I can not back up, so it\'s safest this way.
Up for sale is a very neat piece of history...a circa 1900-1910 Scale or Balance made by Henry Troemner for Arthur H. Thomas Co. Philadelphia. The scale is No. 50. Comes in a very nice wooden case with glass windows and the front piece slides up. Also has a nice drawer that slides open, but please note that the drawer is missing the knob. There\'s also some damage to the wood on one of the sides and I took a zoomed in photo of that for you to see. Everything it comes with is in the photos, including everything that was found in the drawers, including the weight set. The knobs/levers on the outside all seem to function normally.PLEASE view each and every photo carefully and ask any questions PRIOR to offerding, as again, due to the nature of this piece and the shipping costs involved, it\'s being sold AS-IS!
Shipping in the U.S. ONLY will be $60. I will take it to the local UPS store to have it professionally packed and shipped due to the nature of the item. It weighs around 20lbs. If the cost is quite a bit less, I will gladly refund the difference and can provide proof of cost upon request. If the cost is higher, I will cover the difference up to $100 (so I will throw in up to $40 of my own money). IF it happens to be greater then that for some reason, the buyer will be responsible for the difference. Don\'t see it being an issue, but one time I brought a heavy, larger then normal, item and it was going across country and the buyer lived in a secluded area and they tried charging me around $250...so I like to cover my butt just in case :)
