Antique 5 String Banjo Open Back, Slotted Peghead, 15 Frets, Repair-Parts: 1800s For Sale

I did not find any markings on the wood or metal parts of this Banjo. I looked throughout the internet and this Banjo looks like it comes from the 1860s to the 1890s (I am not certain). I do not know if this is homemade or not. There are 15 Frets. The length of the banjo is about 31 1/4\" in length, 10 3/4\" skin outer diameter and 10 1/4\" inner diameter. The neck is about 20 1/2\" in length. The heal looks like it is a Boat Heal. The stretcher band is a metal loop held in place by 30 brass tension rods. The dowel stick is made of wood. This banjo needs to be repaired or used for parts. Look to the description area for condition. Please use the pictures for your final quality check.
