GORGEOUS ANTIQUE BRASS TEA KETTLE - HAND SOLDERED AND HALLMARKED
This is a stunning English brass teakettle that dates to the late 1800\'s. It is in great working condition if so desired, but makes a stunning display piece. It has a hallmark (see next to last photo) and was constructed using dovetails (see last photo). It has the usual few bumps and dents that add to its patina. The lid was hand soldered as well (see picture) and fits perfectly. The kettle is about 11 inches long and stands about 12 inches high. The handle is slightly off center but completely solid and there have been no repairs to this teakettle. A great piece at a fair price.
