These rare spoons are featured prominently in the most famous Tiffany silver book ever printed, William Hood\'s Tiffany Silver Flatware, When Dining Was An Art (p.266). Correctly signed \"T&Co. STG\" and measure 4 inches long. According to Hood, the STG was used on this piece as an abbreviation for STerlinG. The detail and timeless design of these explain why Tiffany & Co. was so well know at the time. Spoons from this set have been featured in sales from Christies and Sothebys as well as sold on the prestigious 1stDibs antique website.
