General Note on Prizm: Expect slight factory lines on the back of Football and Basketball Prizm, Mosaic, Select, Optic, etc cards. Several have them, and most of the time PSA and Beckett do not hold them against the cards during the grading process, unless they are heavy lines (if they are, we will mention above in specific description). We have several PSA 10 Prizm cards that have factory lines present on the back. Please zoom in on all pics to make your own evaluation on condition. Thank you!
General Note on Mosaic: Like Prizm, several have factory lines on the back. We will point out ones that have worse factory lines than normally expected. This year\'s Mosaic cards have several surface issues. Some rub off, some don\'t. If you see a scratch or blemish upon zoom, assume that there\'s a scratch or imperfection.
General Note on NT, Impeccable, Flawless, and Immaculate: These cards are notorious for corner and edge wear. If you are considering offerding on one of our sales, please use the ZOOM feature and/or read the description. We will always try our best to provide pictures that show condition issues, and if that is not possible, provide a description for issues that cannot be shown in pictures.
No returns or refunds (no partial refunds).IF YOU DO NOT pay after winning within 3 days of sale\'s end or request a short grace period and communicate, you will be blocked from offerding on our sales. We understand that there are many new members flooding the trading card market, and we appreciate your participation, but when you offer on an sale, you are committing to pay for the item/s listed in that sale. NEW POLICY: If a buyer wishes to request a return based on condition (even though it is clearly stated that we do not accept returns on condition issues sans a glaring mistake on our end), and the pictures show those condition issues upon zoom and/or there is a note in the description describing those condition issues, buyers will have a choice of two options:
1.) To keep the card/s and acknowledge that he/she did not take the time to view the pictures and/or read the description before offerding (Preferred).
2.) Receive a full refund and be blocked going forward, subject to review at a later date.
Explanation: We have a zero tolerance policy for those who ignore our no return/no partial refund policy, and for those who do not take the time to understand that the moment one makes a offer, they are legally obligated to pay for that sale should that offer win the sale. These sales are contracts. If we genuinely miss a drastic grade-expectation changing issue, we will work with you. But we will not tolerate those who do not view pictures or read the descriptions before offerding. Our pics and descriptions paint an accurate picture of the cards that we sell. We have 15 years of experience as sellers with a top seller rating. Sellers have an obligation to provide an accurate description via description and pictures. Buyers have an obligation to understand that a offer is a promise to pay, and to look at all pictures and read the description BEFORE offerding. Buyers must also understand that buying a card online carries a risk that does not exist in a face-to-face transaction...pictures and descriptions will never match the ability to hold the card in your hand and judge the condition in person. Buying online carries a risk that buyers must be comfortable with BEFORE offerding. We do not offer sales that allow buyers to just buy several sales and return the ones they don\'t like because they made a bad investment decision. Unlike the top two reputable card sellers on , we sell mostly our cards, while they sell strictly consignment sales. This allows them to offer returns on every sale. For us, this is not an option, unless we have made a glaring mistake. If we determine that a genuine mistake was made on a offer by a reputable buyer, we are likely to allow that mistake to slide. The Fine Print: We no longer accept returns based on condition, unless cards are damaged during the shipping process. We are not card graders. Please refer to pics for condition. We do not intentionally list cards with creasing, grossly damaged corners, heavy surface-wear, or any other major defects unless stated (we realize such terms can be subjective...please refer to pictures for conditions. No grade is promised.) We do not consider small factory marks, printing dots or lines, or small scratches to be \"heavy\" or \"major.\" Many larger lots have a range of different conditions. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the risks he or she takes when purchasing our cards online. These lots consist of newer cards either purchased online, in collections (or consigned), or pulled freshly from the pack. So, while we cannot promise a grade, \"nr-mt or better\" is a plausible outcome for many cards. On some cards slight edgewear, excess, corner-wear, or surface scratches may exist. Card-grading is incredibly subjective, and we do not pretend to be experts or to comprehend the differences of interpretation in regards to what constitutes a certain desired grade a card might receive from any major card company. On single-card sales, we may or may not point out slight defects and/or attributes that may lead to a lower or higher grade such as: \"beautiful card,\" \"nice card,\" \"slight surface wear,\" \"right corner,\" \"centered,\" \"edge-wear,\" etc...but no grade will be promised. We prefer to let buyers determine condition via quality photos instead of our opinions or interpretations.
