This is the opportunityto own a signature from the very first president of the United States! The Washingtonsignature is over 200+ years old! This cut signature was signed prior to George Washington becoming one ofthe greatest Presidents of all time. Its my understanding that he signedhisfull nameGeorge Washington while he was Commanding General of the Armies. When he took theoath of becoming the first US President, there were too many documents that required his signature. As a result, he would shorten his signature to G. Washington. As we know, Washington signatures are extremely rare - But the full signature is nearly impossible to find!!!

General John Pershing led the American Expeditionary Forces inWorld WarI. Heis highlyregardedand recognizedasthe mentor of the Great American Generals who led the United States Army in Europe during World War II. Look at this list -George C. Marshall, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Moar N. Bradley, and GeorgeS. Patton !!!! Simply incredible !!

In the entire history of the United States, Washington and Pershing were the only Generals appointed as General of the Armies!!These are theonly 2 men to ever acheive such a Rank!!
