Well, the photos really do speak for themselves here! If you don\'t already know, as far as game used items go, shoes/cleats are among the rarest to come up for sale. Players replace most of their uniform fairly regularly, even bases are sometimes replaced more than once PER game. A player can easily go through 2 or 3 bats in a game, and the same amount of jerseys/pants in a week. Their shoes, however, are not replaced nearly as often....making these a possible centerpiece to any high-end NY Yankees collection.This is a pair of Arod\'s personal custom Nike cleats from his FIRST season with the Yankees, 2004. Purchased directly from Rodriguez himself via his company AROD.com about 10 years ago.
