This card was never released in packs due to a disagreement between Albert Pujols and Donruss. These cards were supposed to be signed with an inscription of a players nickname. Donruss decided to give Pujols the nickname \"Pooh\" and he supposedly refused to sign anymore after noticing that. There are only 3 copies of this card that have ever popped up with this being the only one given a numerical grade. The other two are both graded PSA Authentic and were signed in blue pen which doesn\'t match the other pack inserted players of this product.
