1971 Martin D18 great player For Sale

Hello. it\'s time to sell this amazing guitar since I\'m not playing much these days. It\'s in great condition except for a few light nicks on the head stock and a lifting pick guard. It has the factory built in pickup but I\'ve never tested it. 
Before it was retired in the mid 80s it was re fretted and hasn\'t seen much use since then. Legend has it that my uncle picked it up from Loretta Lynn\'s manager in a trade and he held on to it till he passed 5 years ago. He and his wife had ties to the country music industry but it\'s just a story now.any questions please ask. feel free to check it out if you\'re near Santa Maria CAI forgot to say that shipping will be a flat $100. The guitars original hard case is in excellent condition and is included with the guitar. They will be boxed very well at a local music shop.

UPDATE: I forgot to add this was checked out by an authorized Martin repair shop and the neck and bridge and frets were all in \"great condition with a lot of use left. String height was also perfect with medium strings. Its an amazing guitar in awesome condition
