1948 Band Box Hatbox Style Phonograph Record Player by Phono-Tronic For Sale

This is a really cool old electric record player that folds up into a hatbox style. It is a Phono-Tronic Band Box. Cosmetically, it is very nice, the only issue is a ring of worn paint on the bottom where it has sat. See photo. The motor runs and the amplifier warms up to a low hum, but the pickup is not working. Still a very neat and unusual item for your collection. When have you seen one?
