Comes as pictured!! All Original Very Good Overall Condition!Has GOLDEN THROAT TONE CERT LABELRCA\'s first post-war television model, the cabinet was designed by John Vassos. This model is actually a left over pre-war set that was updated with the new post-war NTSC broadcast standards. The 621TS is the most scarce of all the RCA direct-view post-war televisions as only a few thousand were made. A well designed set for it\'s time that will performs well (when properly restored). Unlike most 7\" TV\'s of the time, the 621TS is a power transformer operated 21 tube chassis. Other features are a magnetically deflected CRT (other sets use the electrostatic type) and a flyback transformer for deflection and high voltage.THE 621TS WAS RCA\'S FIRST POST-WAR SET.IT USES A 7\" MAGNETICALLY DEFLECTED CRT.ACCORDING TO THE EARLY TELEVISION FOUNDATION THIS MODEL WAS PRODUCED FOR ONLY A FEW MONTHS IN LATE 1946, ABOUT 17,000 WERE MADE. THE CABINET FOR THIS SET WAS DESIGNED PRIOR TO WWII IN 1941 BY THE FAMOUS INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER JOHN VASSOS THE WAR OF COURSE INTERRUPTED EVERYTHING AND THE DESIGN WAS NOT USED TILL AFTER THE WAR IN 1946.
