1934 Babe Ruth Autograph Postcard PSA 7 For Sale

This is a rare treasure tucked away for many years. Was just put into a new PSA holder. This is a extremely rare postcard set identified by the company seal imprinted in the bottom right corner. Ive only seen a handful of these over the years sold in sale houses but none in over a decade. The other cards in the set are of Lou Gehrig and Jimmy Fox and a group shot of the 3 all from the 1934 Japan Tour. Its my belief that the original developer was a local Japanese photographer who produced these and returned the following game and had them autographed by the legend. He later sold the rights to the photo to a major American news paper because this is now a famous photo used in news papers of the time and tribute cards of recent years. This is a very large signature and quite possibly one of the nicest in existence. The card itself is sharp with high gloss no creases and four sharp corners. The autograph graded a 7 in my opinion because if you look closely the ink is slightly smudged in the last name but you cant tell unless you use a magnifying glass as you can see in the picture I provided.

There are enough of these around that its arguably considered a trading card much like the Exhibits postcards.
