1855 Tilton and McFarland key lock cast iron floor safe $295 For Sale

Beautiful key lock cast iron floor safe from 1800\'s salvage from financial building in Cambridge, MA prior to demolition. Original black and green paint with ornate brass door knob and brass hinges. Retains original wood interior with lockbox and drawer. Door latch is operational with working door knob. Original \"flat key\" is broken off in front lock (locksmith could remove). One rear wheel is broken off (repairable). Interior lock box is open but key is missing. Dimensions are 31 1/2\" high, 21 1/2\"wide, 21 1/4 \" deep. Weighs approx. 750 lbs. Appraised in \"as is condition\" for $500. Today\'s selling price is $295. This would be a great restoration piece for cheap money.
