You're offerding on a War War II vintage U.S. that is incollectablecondition.It's been boxed and preserved since my father (who was in the surplus business after WWII) gave it to me in the early 1960s. It's stamped "Disston US 1943."
This is truly exceptional and other than a 1/8" pit near the tip (see arrow in photo) the blade and the bakelite handle is as near perfect as the day it was shipped in the midst of WWII. The OD scabbard and hook mount are in excellent condition as well.
